Genesis Horticultural Solutions offer both remote and onsite training to the commercial horticultural industry based on the following conditions:-

Remote Training:- offered via applications such as Teamviewer and Logmein, and charged at the current hourly training rate. Invoices are submitted after training and payment terms are strictly 7 days. Payment is via bank transfer.

Online Training:- offered via our online platfrom, and charged at the current subscription rate. Access to the online platform is strictly by pre-payment . Payment is via bank transfer.

Onsite Training - Australia:- conducted at the host farm either on a one to one basis or in a group. Onsite training is charged at the current hourly training rate. Travel costs to and from the host site, as well as accommodation, car hire and meal costs are chargeable to the customer. An hourly travel rate will be charged for all travel to and from site. Invoices are submitted after training and payment terms are strictly 7 days. Payment is via bank transfer.

Onsite Training - Overseas:- conducted at the host farm either on a one to one basis or in a group. Onsite training is charged at the current day rate. Travel costs to and from the host site, as well as visas, accommodation, car hire and meal costs are chargeable to the customer. An hourly travel rate will be charged for all travel to and from site. Invoices are submitted and due 21 days before training and payment terms are strictly adhered to. Payment is via bank transfer.
